I absolutely love living at Platform. The apartment and amenity views are unbeatable- one of the best views (and location) in Denver hands down. The community of people that live here is wonderful- we always enjoy the community events and getting to know our neighbors. The building and parking garage are secure and always clean.
What really sets this building apart is the staff. They truly care about the residents. The concierge team is incredible- so kind and helpful. Andre is an absolute gem and a wonderful person. He truly cares about the residents (and our dogs!) and it shows. From the day we toured, to present day- he has treated us with nothing but kindness and professionalism. It has been such a pleasure getting to know the team.
We've also had the best experience with the maintenance team here- we had a leaky dishwasher and Joseph was incredible. He had it replaced quickly, and did an amazing job installing the new unit. We were so thrilled with our maintenance experience because of him!

Fantastic building, location, and staff! Joseph has been a great addition, super helpful and friendly. A great teammate for Manny, they are incredibly responsive and know their stuff. Leasing office, led by the amazing Angela, with Andre and (until he was promoted to run Cadence) Gabe, have made the building the best we’ve ever lived in. Jose, Maria and Monica are tireless, keeping things not just clean but in great condition, always with a smile. The first people you meet are the front desk concierge team of Angie, Carlos, Fred, Nathan, Alexis, Chantal, and others — and they too are great. It’s been a great 3 years so far. It’s hard to overstate how well-run this building is.
We have lived here coming up on 2 years and we have never loved an apartment building more. Covered parking, pool and hot tub open 24/7, gym too I am told but I don’t work out bc I’m lazy. Our apartment is one with a balcony overlooking Union Station. Every sunrise is a beauty, we get to see the bustle of the station below and groceries and pharmacy all within walking distance. We never want to leave. There is a covered and well maintained dog run in the parking garage. The staff here are incredible, Andre is an absolute delight. Gabriel is kind and responsive. Angela is lovely and knows everything about this place! Our flat has a big bathroom, bedroom big enough for a king bed and views that just can’t quit. I’d you’re looking to rent in Denver - forget about the others and come live here!!! There are a ton of other great perks but I don’t want to leave a novel 😅
Been living here for a month and I am really happy to be here.. the moving process was really easy and the staff were really helpful, Andre from the beginning was extremely helpful and was able to find me the best apartment for the price I was looking for... Had a minor inconvenience in the apt upon moving in, Andre and Angela were also extremely helpful and understanding.

I recently toured the Platform at Union Station. I was extremely impressed by the service and professionalism of the Sales Associate, Andre Alsup, who showed me around. His depth of knowledge about the building, the community, and the neighborhood were exceptional. I've toured many properties in Denver and I have never encountered a comparable level of service. Truly exceptional. In addition to providing a highly competent overview of the property, Andre was also very patient and attentive to my additional detailed questions and answered them all with great clarity and transparency.
By far, The Platform is the best of the best. My partner and I moved into The Platform in August of 2022. From the first time we walked in the door to inquire about leasing to now being residents for 7 months, we have been nothing short of thrilled. Andre Alsup, our initial contact and leasing agent is one of the most personable, genuine and professional people we've ever dealt with. He made us feel welcome from the start, was completely transparent and knowledgeable about every facet of living at the Platform, and now treats us as family - as he does each tenant we've seen him deal with. Every member of the staff at The Platform is an outstanding asset to this building: Angela, Gabe, Manny, Mara, Christine, Elaina, Carlos, Nathan – and, of course, Andre 5000 (our nickname for him.) The building itself is incredibly well maintained and the communication from the staff to tenants regarding absolutely everything is second-to-none. That’s all to say nothing about the amazing amenities, social events, seasonal contests, group outings and parties. There is no finer place to live in the Denver area. Any property – anywhere – that wants to delight their tenants and deliver an outstanding living experience should have The Platform show ‘em how it’s done.
We have lived at Platform at Union Station for nearly eight years now, and I'd like to share what keeps us here. (1) Location is everything! We love having access to Denver's extensive light rail system. With the A-Line literally outside your doorstep, we enjoy the convenience of getting to and from our awesome airport. (2) The team!! I absolutely love Andre, Angela, and the staff that make Platform so special. The team will get to know your name, the names of your pets, and even your family if they visit enough. I love how they go above and beyond to make this a great place to live. They also do things by the book and run a solid operation. (3) Maintenance Team: This is HUGE when you live in an apartment. Our team at Platform is the best in the area! I hear many friends complain about apartment maintenance, which is not the case at Platform. When we put in a maintenance request, the issue is resolved within 24-48 hours. If you have an emergency repair, as we did in our unit, the team responded that day with a cleanup and restoration crew! Amazing service! (4) Safety and Security: Platform has a secure parking, building entrance, 24-hour concierge team, and secure elevators. We have never had any chronic issues with crime in the building. We've always felt safe at Platform. (5) Amenities: No need for a gym membership! We have a great gym, pool, and hot tub. And it is all open 24-hours! We also have access to the Sky Lounge which is great for events. I also use the first floor conference room for client meetings(6) Quiet Neighbors: Rarely if ever, do we have issues with noise in our building. It is condo grade with concrete ceilings and floor. Walls are also double insulated so you never hear your neighbors. (7) Closing Comments: If you are going to spend money on rent, do so with a building that is properly constructed and managed. It is worth your $$ to spend a bit extra to live at Platform. It's worth the investment if you want a turnkey space with privacy, security, and no headaches. Great place to call home!
